Mouth Watering Ribs


3 Full Slabs of Baby Back Pork Ribs
Dry Barbecue Rub of your choice (we used Brucken Rub)
1/2 Gallon of Apple Juice
Barbecue Sauce

Place rub on the ribs and let rest for at least one hour.  Sear ribs on the grill fat side down on fire until brown approximately 5 minutes.  Place in large foil pan then pour all of  the apple juice around the edges of the ribs covering them about 1/2 way up.  Cover pan with tin foil making sure to have a tight seal.  Bake at 325 degrees for 4 hours.  Remove Ribs from oven. Gently grill fat side up over a low fire/heat, making sure not to burn, basting with your sauce of choice (we used Montgomery Inn Barbecue Sauce)
